In Council Bluffs Ia. I-29 to Council Bluffs exit 49. This is the Walmart/fast food exit.
Take Hwy 192/S Expressway south. This road becomes Piute when it crosses Hwy 275. When the
road comes to a T turn left(east) on Comanche Street. Right(south) on Navaho. Navaho jogs
to the left(east) and continues south. Follow the road south to the Power plant.
There is a gravel road with a locked gate on the right. You can walk from here.
